This is a varied, hands-on opportunity to work in an inspiring Grade II* listed building, helping us provide an exceptional environment for our office clients, conference delegates and event guests.

As our Events and Facilities Assistant, you will play an important part in the day-to-day operation of Cams Hall. The role combines client service, event support, building maintenance, health and safety, and security responsibilities.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 12.30pm
Contract: Part-time, permanent
Location: Cams Hall — in-person role
Occasional additional weekend hours may be available or required to support our events and wedding services.

You will also support the Building Manager and wider team with other tasks that arise as part of the building’s operation.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You will be practical, dependable and able to adapt when priorities change.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, property services, events, conferences or hospitality would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided, and we welcome applications from candidates with suitable transferable skills and practical experience.
