Overlooking Portsmouth Harbour, Cams Hall is gradually revealed to visitors approaching via the impressive drive.

This landmark building, a listed Georgian mansion with plentiful parking, has been extensively refurbished and equipped for modern business, without compromising its elegance. It stands alongside a successful business park, home to Teleport T1, a world-class telecommunications facility that is proving a magnet for high-tech businesses.

Cams Hall is operated by Parallel Business Centres Ltd, which was established in 1989. It is a subsidiary of The Wilky Group, a privately owned property business that has operated in Surrey and Hampshire for over 75 years.

Clients are welcome to use our other centres by arrangement. These are Parallel House, Guildford and Fetcham Park, Leatherhead.

Situated just off the A27 between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, and with unhampered access to nearby Junction 11 of the M27, Cams Hall has a huge catchment area.

Motorways link it to London and the international airports of Heathrow and Gatwick, as well as to the regional airport of Southampton.

The attractive town of Fareham stands between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, with their continental ferry ports. Its rail station provides regular commuter and intercity train services.
