Yes, our meeting rooms can be arranged boardroom, cabaret, theatre, or U shape depending on the maximum capacity. An additional charge or minimum booking length may apply for certain room layouts.
On our online booking platform in the description we mention where different layouts are possible with a maximum capacity.
If you require an alternate layout, please add a request in the ‘Notes’ when making your booking and a member of the team will be in touch to confirm if it is possible.
When initially booking the time and date for which you require, please factor in any time you may need for preparation, because you need to pay for the time you or your equipment is occupying the space.
Fresh food from a local caterer will be served by our friendly team in the room. Delicious handmade sandwiches, crisps, fruit, and cake are on the menu. Contact us for breakfast and lunch menus.
We take pride in customising our menus for each event and can accommodate most dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free. Let us know in advance your requirements and we will collaborate with our suppliers to find suitable options for you and your guests.
If you would prefer to bring your own, please discuss this with our team at the time of booking. A corkage fee will apply.
Our rooms are available between 9am – 1pm & 1pm – 5pm for half day or 9am – 5pm for full day.
Due to rooms needing to be previously vacated or setup/cleaning of rooms, early room access is not available without prior arrangement.
Earliest AM access would be from 8.45am onwards, please use the “Notes Section” at the time of booking.

All our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please speak to the team about your accessibility needs to ensure you book the right meeting space for you and your guests.
The Oval Room and Phoenix Room have air conditioning to allow users to control the temperature and maintain a comfortable working environment.
Cancellations up to 5 working days (working days being Monday to Friday) prior to the booking date, will be accepted after which a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
If your meeting overruns, you will need to check if the space is available and contact reception to extend the booking, as additional charges may apply.
