Office space in Fareham

Your monthly fee is inclusive of rent, business rates, 24-hour access to the building, furnishings (if supplied), heating, lighting, security, our on-site management team, a receptionist during office hours, postal delivery and collection services – as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Building maintenance, building insurance and the H&S of communal areas are also included.

We operate a plug and play system, offering ultra-fast, gigabit enabled broadband and cloud hosted telephony services.

The line into the building is contended. If you prefer a guaranteed speed, we offer a ‘Dedicated Bandwidth Slice’ option.

All contracts are offered with no set-up fee and are rolling monthly agreements with 30-day notice period.

All payments will be taken by Direct Debit on the 25^th of the month.

The Agreement Fee as specified (together with such Value Added Tax as may be payable) is due in advance of the first day of each month.

All additional office facilities and services used, and costs incurred (together with such VAT as may be payable) will be invoiced by Cams Hall or approved third party suppliers at the end of each month.

Cams Hall and approved third parties reserve the right to change the cost of any or all the additional office facilities and services at any time during the term of the agreement by giving thirty days’ notice.

The deposit is equivalent to twice the agreement fee plus 20% as security against all obligations entered into including any damage to the property and accommodation including the furnishings and fittings therein. The deposit to be returned within thirty days of the agreement termination subject to the deduction of an amount in respect of any damage and the cost of returning the accommodation to the same condition as it was found in at the commencement of this agreement, fair wear and tear excepted, and any outstanding balance.

Yes, we are open to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a secure security pass. Our team is on site 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday – when reception services are also available.

Our clients can request personalised access for their employees, to manage how and when individual team members have access to the building and their office.

Cams Hall is surrounded by acres of parkland on the picturesque waterside setting of Fareham Creek. Sweeping views from our office suites stretch towards the Solent and there are plenty of walking, cycling and running routes to use before, during or after work.

We have plentiful onsite free parking available for our clients and visitors.
